Skargi i odwołania

W przypadku, gdy podmiot publiczny odmówi realizacji żądania zapewnienia dostępności lub alternatywnego sposobu dostępu do informacji, wnoszący żądanie może złożyć skargę w sprawie zapewniania dostępności cyfrowej strony internetowej, aplikacji mobilnej lub elementu strony internetowej, lub aplikacji mobilnej. Po wyczerpaniu wskazanej wyżej procedury można także złożyć wniosek do Rzecznika Praw Obywatelskich.

Opis: W pobliżu wejścia do budynku (ok. 5m) znajduje się 1 miejsce parkingowe dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami: na parkingu wewnętrznym przed głównym wejściem do budynku od ul. Powstańców Wlkp.

Wejście główne do budynku:

posiada schody wyposażone w poręcze,
posiada schody, natomiast pochylnia ulokowana jest od innej strony budynku znajduje się od strony ul. T. Kościuszki – wejście główne do biblioteki Filologicznej Novum
Wjazd z pochylni prowadzi na poziom budynku 0 do bloku C, aby pokonać schody( 4 stopnie + 4 stopnie) z poziomu 0 (hol główny) do wind, które jeżdżą od poziomu -1 do 6 blok A, oraz poziom -1 do 5 blok B, należy skorzystać z podnośnika przyschodowego znajdującego się między blokiem C a B i A
Wewnątrz budynku:

znajdują się schody wyposażone w poręcze po obu stronach,
znajdują się windy, które obsługują wszystkie poziomy i części obiektu,
windy wyposażone są w komunikaty głosowe oraz przyciski z alfabetem Braille’a,
znajdują się toalety przystosowane dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami
1 toaleta parter (hol główny) blok B,

1 toaleta parter (hol główny) przy windach blok A, oraz w

1 toaleta na każdym piętrze w bibliotece filologicznej.

System informacji dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami sensorycznymi obejmuje:

Zainstalowane w salach pętle induktofoniczne dla osób z niepełnosprawnością słuchu,
Tabliczki z numerem Sali zapisanym w alfabecie Braille’a oraz informacjami w kodach QR zainstalowane na drzwiach do sal,
Ekrany wyświetlające informacje istotne z punktu widzenia studentów i pracowników UAM na holach wydziału.
Do obiektu można wejść z psem asystującym, ale z ograniczeniami dotyczącymi pracowni, w których obecność zwierząt jest wykluczona ze względu na przepisy BHP

Description: Near the entrance to the building (approx. 5m) there is 1 parking space for people with disabilities: in the internal parking lot in front of the main entrance to the building from ul. Powstańców Wlkp.

Main entrance to the building:

has stairs equipped with handrails,

has stairs, while the ramp is located on the other side of the building, on the side of ul. T. Kościuszko – main entrance to the Novum Philological Library

The entrance from the ramp leads to building level 0 to block C to overcome the stairs (4 steps + 4 steps) from level 0 (main hall) to the elevators that go from level -1 to 6 block A, and levels -1 to 5 block B, use the stairlift located between blocks C and B and A

Inside the building:

there are stairs with handrails on both sides,

there are elevators that serve all levels and parts of the facility,

lifts are equipped with voice messages and buttons with Braille alphabet,

there are toilets adapted for people with disabilities:

1 toilet, ground floor (main hall), block B,

1 toilet on the ground floor (main hall) by the lifts, block A, and in

1 toilet on each floor in the library.

The information system for people with sensory disabilities includes:

Inductophonic loops installed in the rooms for people with hearing impairments,

Plaques with the room number in Braille and information in QR codes installed on the doors to the rooms,

Screens displaying information important from the point of view of AMU students and staff in the faculty halls.

You can enter the facility with an assistance dog, but with restrictions regarding laboratories where the presence of animals is excluded due to health and safety regulations
